We took a day trip up to Awenda Provincial Park and had a nice family day at the beach. Although it was quite the production to pack up all our “stuff”, we finally made it there and enjoyed the sun, sand, water, and gorgeous sights of my favourite water: Georgian Bay. After relaxing on the beach for a bit, we walked on one of the trails, and then went into Penetanguishene to an amazing little Chinese food restaurant that Kieran discovered when he used to work up there. Overall, family fun day was a success!
