We have been having a great summer so far! Kieran is off for the summer for the first time ever, and we are really enjoying spending time together as a family. So far we have been trying to keep the kids busy by going up to the cottage a few times, to Wasaga Beach, to the Barrie Waterfront a few times, to the Borden Family Resource Centre, hanging out in our backyard/pool, and many trips to the park. Brandon has also had 2 little vacations....one with Grandma for a couple of days and one at Nonna's house for a couple of days. He enjoys it so much that he never wants to come home! Nonno has also taken him to the Parry Sound Airport a couple of times to see the planes, and daddy took him strawberry picking so that I could make jam. As for us adults, Kieran and I have managed to have some fun as well. We have gone out with friends for lunch/dinner a few times, and have gone to see a couple of movies. Kieran has been out golfing quite a bit and I have also been doing lots of scrapbooking. We'd better be careful or we could really get used to this life of leisure!
