Mommies and Daddies and Babies.....Oh My!

It was a year ago yesterday that my "mommy group" first met in our 4th Trimester class, with all our newborns snuggled and asleep in their bucket seats while us moms talked about sleeplessness, breastfeeding, our labour & birth stories, our bodies, our husbands, and well, anything really. It's been great this past year having met these awesome ladies, and their support and friendship helped to make Brandon's first year a great one!

So to celebrate, we had the whole gang over for a combined "birthday party", as all of our little ones are turning/have turned one around this time. We even decided to invite the dads.....Complete with balloons, cupcakes, presents, and lots of good food, we had a great time together seeing how our babies have grown into little people now.

Marisa and I made more of the infamous cake pops! This time we made blue, white, and pink too.

We tried to get a shot of just the babies, but with everyone on the move, that idea was a flop! So here is *most* of our group....a couple of people couldn't make it.
