We had a wonderful relaxing long weekend last weekend on Thanksgiving. I was most thankful for a day off! Sunday we had our families over for Thanksgiving dinner, and I made my first turkey ever which turned out pretty good. I also made a pumpkin cheesecake (click for recipe) which turned out great, but I forgot to take pictures. Monday we went to my aunt & uncle's house (Zia Trudy & Zio Tony) and had another awesome thanksgiving dinner that Zia Trudy prepared by herself, and we also celebrated Alexandra's first birthday which is coming up soon. It was so nice to see everyone and spend some time together.
