This weekend, I went on a scrapbooking retreat up to Collingwood with my friend Claire and her sister. It was held at a huge mansion at the base of the Blue Mountain ski hill, with stunning views, about 10 bedrooms, a huge great room and kitchen, and a hot tub. They set up tables in the main room and we each got our own space to scrapbook and leave our things. Our meals and snacks were all homemade and served to us, and we were able to scrapbook non-stop. There were only about 9 ladies there this time (last time I went there were 16), but it was so nice to be pampered and let the creative juices flow without interruption. Kieran held down the fort here at home while I was gone, and all seemed to survive. I am so lucky to have such a great husband who is such a good father too.
