Nothing much new....
Nothing much is new lately. Haven't really done anything fun (except Barb's shower last weekend!), haven't cooked anything good lately, haven't seen any good movies lately. I got 2 new books from the library.....oh but wait, that's not fun (at least not to those non-teachers out there). Going to bingo with Rose tomorrow......hope I win!
And I had a supply teacher in for me today b/c I had an inservice, and she left me a paragraph about how she had a migraine headache and couldn't "put up" with the students. Um..........like I care! And she left the class alone for 10 minutes while she went to the bathroom. And she did not take attendance, or distribute any of the work I left. And she wrote up a kid for saying "damn". Hmmmmmmm, well if that was the worst of her problems at Ascension, she doesn't know how good she had it! Good news for all the idiots out there......you CAN be teachers after all!
Kieran starts a month of practicum on Monday! He went in on Tues and Wed to meet his associate teacher, who so far seems great! Looks like he will have an awesome experience!

I once had a migrane too, it was the shit! Kids can be such brats, they should be seen and not heard.
As for your inservice, who were you servicing? Does your husband know about this? Were you servicing "in" somewhere, or just "in the service" ? Can't concentrate, have a migrane, gotta go to the bathroom for 10 minutes, see ya!
